I went to Tupelo Smiles this week for the first time for a tooth extraction. Before I even got there, Molly was SO sweet over the phone that I knew it had to be a nice place. Then when I walked in, I'm shown a beautiful waiting area complete with a little drink and snack bar! So thoughtful! I signed in (new patient!) and was taken to a room in what felt like under 5 minutes. I was absolutely terrified to get my tooth taken out. Dr. Kenney and his hygienist were extremely reassuring and answered all my questions very thoroughly. In addition to the extraordinary customer service, my tooth was out before I even knew it!!!! It literally took 30 seconds! I am so sold on this place, I will never go to another dentist for the rest of my life. More
