I switched dentists last year and came here, I have to give it to EMILIE CARON RUSSEL, she was professional and helpful, I got two molars crowned in GOLD, they look like new, over 2 years ago now! SOLID! They showed them to me before installing!! They used REAL metals, and it fit perfectly!! I love the cleanliness of the facility, and the down to earth atmosphere, very helping and accommodating staff, who go out of their way to make you comfortable! They brought me cold water, let me use the restroom, they actually gave me the impression as if it were them getting the procedure! Best equipment you’ll find, everything is updated and top notch! I like the tv’s in room , always have cool scenery like the ocean and very relaxing especially with the nitrous gas! 😎 My first time getting a “CROWN” Emilie did a fantastic job, never felt pain or discomfort. I like how she explained everything and listened to my concerns! You can honestly just relax and trust your getting the best care, worth every penny and then some. I've been coming to tupelo smiles for over 10 years. I had a real bad atv accident which had left me with only a 3rd of my teeth, due to the handle bars from the atv knocking them out including some of the jaw bone. I had done pretty much give up hope of ever being able to chew or eat normal food again. I had spent all I had threw other surgeries and things that were done to try and help me to just be able to eat normal food. I had heard about tupelo smiles through others who loved it. I set up an appointment and met Dr Caron. From day one I was treated with kindness and hope. After looking at the damage I had, he set up a plan for me and got me fixed up. My tooth broke on a Friday and I called as soon as it happened. They were able to see me on Monday. From the moment I walked in it was nothing but smiling faces. I get very anxious when going to the dentist and they asked how I do with dental work. I was honest. Cassie took excellent care of me. Dr Russell came in and explained that my tooth was cracked and needed a crown. Throughout the entire process I was relaxed unlike any other dentist I’ve been to. Dr. Caron has been working on my problem mouth for quite a while. Tupelo Smiles is wonderful. It's not just Dr. Caron who is immensely talented and makes you feel it's all gonna be ok, but the nurses/techs are all amazing. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes or so. Tupelo Smiles is great, and they are very professional. I have to give some background, I'm not from Mississippi and I'm new to this state. Prior to going to Tupelo Smiles, I had a bad experience at a dentist in Booneville which I will not name because my goal is not to bash them, I just want to tell my experience. Let me explain the bad experience I had at the dentist in Booneville, then I will explain the good experience I had at Tupelo Smiles. First of all, the dentist in Booneville took what seemed like an excessively long time to do the work. I was in the chair for 4 hours. Also it appears that they gave me unhealing wounds in my mouth somehow, which I'll have to find a way to fix at some point. I didn't realize they were unhealing initially, but over time I can see that. Also, they cut my tongue really bad. Overall, they were just unprofessional. They kept telling me my mouth was too small, it was really weird. They complained the entire 4-hour span about my "small mouth" and their sub-par equipment. The dentist also cut teeth of mine that had nothing to do with what I was having done. Those teeth they cut without asking are still currently uncomfortable to chew on. At one point, maybe a week after this bad visit to the Booneville dentist, I got on the phone with their front desk. Eventually, one of their dental assistants got wind that I was in pain and unhappy, so she picked up the phone when I was on hold and said "Hi, I'm the one who sliced your tongue up" which just seemed unprofessional. Needless to say, I decided not to go back to the Booneville dentist. I decided to try Tupelo Smiles and it was a night and day type of difference. Tupelo Smiles was a lot better than the Booneville dentist. They explained things to me, they were patient with me, and showed that they cared about my wellbeing. They had a device to protect my tongue so I didn't have to worry about getting it sliced up again. Also, when they numbed me, we realized I could still feel and so they patiently numbed me some more to make sure I would not experience pain. Furthermore, they didn't complain about anything. Tupelo Smiles doesn't have to complain and blame, because they have plenty of expertise. They just did the work and that was it. I didn't have to hear about how I was born with a Ripley's Believe it or Not microscopic mouth or anything like that. Also, Tupelo Smiles didn't cut or shave any of my teeth that didn't need to be cut or shaved, which is more than I can say for the Booneville dentist. One other thing is, the time I spent in the chair at Tupelo Smiles was less than half of the time it took at the Booneville dentist. Another good thing at Tupelo Smiles is they had some helpful suggestions for things like cleanings, or whitenings, or things to help with any issues that could occur down the line. They even played some decent music in there. I highly recommend Tupelo Smiles. The professionalism they have really shows. Also their equipment is better than that other dentist's equipment. The whole experience at Tupelo Smiles was head and shoulders above the experience I had at the other place. If you want a professional dentist, go to Tupelo Smiles. If you have an enemy you want to send to a quack, then send them to the place I went to previously. Believe it or not, I could actually keep talking because there is more bad I could say about the Booneville dentist, and more good I could say about Tupelo Smiles, but I have to go. Anyway have a good day. I hope this review helps someone out. More

I don’t normally leave reviews but I will for this. I had to have multiple fill ins done here recently. Everything went fine. I called and paid off my bill. I got a bill in the mail this morning for the amount I paid off. I called Tupelo Smiles when they opened, and they didn’t see the payment I made. After talking, we planned for me to get my Care Credit statement mailed to me and we could go from there. They had exceptional customer service and etiquette, which can be hard to find sometimes. I hate going to the dentist, but if I have to go this is the place I’m calling. More

Patrick was able to go in and get excellent treatment at short notice on an emergency visit. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the care Dr. Russell put into taking care of my husband. I don’t normally leave reviews but I will for this. I had to have multiple fill ins done here recently. Everything went fine. I called and paid off my bill. I got a bill in the mail this morning for the amount I paid off. I called Tupelo Smiles when they opened, and they didn’t see the payment I made. After talking, we planned for me to get my Care Credit statement mailed to me and we could go from there. Dr. Russell is unbelievable. A dentist apt has always scared me, and I am an anxious person anyway. Dr. Russell is so calm and informative. She always asked how I was doing during an emergency root canal. I had to go out of town that week and chipped a tooth. She saw me the next day and started the procedure. I am forever thankful for her service. I liked her so much that I feel comfortable going back for regular visits now. Trust me. You won’t regret it. More

I chipped a tooth and was going out of town due to business and then personal reasons. . Dr Emilie Russell worked me in and started a root canal. I was able to move my daughter to Orlando because of her great work. She is calm and caring. I am an anxious person but she helped calm my nerves and explained everything and made sure I was ok and not ever in pain. Because of her, I no longer feel anxious about my follow up appointments I highly recommend her . If you need a dentist or have a tooth that needs to be seen about. She is the one I would highly recommend. Believe me, I use to hate the dentist, but do not worry if you go and see her. She is so smart and has a great heart for her patients. Schedule now! More

Our first visit at Tupelo Smiles on 7/6/22 was an emergency situation, but we were taken care of from the appointment booking to the finish with utmost kindness and attention. Everyone made us feel very comfortable, was attentive to our questions, and explained everything that was being done for my husband.
